Barre protéinée chocolatée aux noix

Une barre snack riche en protéines enrobée de chocolat, avec des cacahuètes et des amandes, sucrée au sucralose et liée avec de la fibre de maïs soluble et de la glycérine. Elle ressemble davantage à une barre protéinée du commerce qu’à un plat traditionnel fait maison.

Ingrédients

  • Protéine de lait, 14 g

  • Isolat de protéine de soja, 8 g

  • Cacahuètes, 10 g

  • Amandes, 6 g

  • Enrobage au chocolat, 8 g

  • Beurre de cacao, 4 g

  • Fibre de maïs soluble, 6 g

  • Glycérine, 2 g

  • Huile de palme, 1 g

  • Arômes naturels, 0.8 g

  • Lécithine de tournesol, 0.6 g

  • Sel, 0.3 g

  • Sucralose, 0.3 g


  • Instructions


  • 1. Mélangez la protéine de lait, l’isolat de protéine de soja, la fibre de maïs soluble, le sel et le sucralose dans un saladier.

  • 2. Ajoutez la glycérine, l’huile de palme et les arômes naturels, puis mélangez jusqu’à obtenir une pâte épaisse et malléable.

  • 3. Incorporez les cacahuètes et les amandes de manière homogène.

  • 4. Pressez le mélange en forme de barre et réfrigérez jusqu’à ce qu’il soit ferme.

  • 5. Faites fondre l’enrobage au chocolat avec le beurre de cacao, puis enrobez la barre uniformément.

  • 6. Réfrigérez de nouveau jusqu’à ce que l’enrobage soit pris.
