Boulettes de viande avec frites et ketchup

Une assiette réconfortante et simple de frites croustillantes servies avec des boulettes de viande poêlées et du ketchup. C’est un plat copieux et familier, aux saveurs salées, riches en umami et légèrement acidulées.

Ingrédients


  • Pommes de terre, 200 g

  • Bœuf, 60 g

  • Porc, 40 g

  • Ketchup, 25 g

  • Huile végétale, 20 g

  • Oignon, 10 g

  • Chapelure, 12 g

  • Œuf, 10 g

  • Sel, 2 g

  • Poivre noir, 1 g

    Instructions


  • 1. Épluchez et coupez les pommes de terre en frites. Rincez-les et séchez-les bien.

  • 2. Mélangez le bœuf, le porc, l’oignon, la chapelure, l’œuf, le sel et le poivre noir jusqu’à obtention d’un mélange homogène. Façonnez de petites boulettes.

  • 3. Faites chauffer l’huile végétale dans une poêle. Faites frire les boulettes jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient bien dorées et cuites à cœur.

  • 4. Faites frire les pommes de terre dans la même poêle ou dans une autre jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient dorées et croustillantes.

  • 5. Dressez les frites et les boulettes ensemble, puis servez avec le ketchup.
