  • Steak haché de bœuf, 120 g

  • Fromage cheddar, 20 g

  • Laitue, 15 g

  • Rondelles de cornichon, 10 g

  • Oignon blanc, 10 g

  • Sauce burger, 25 g

  • Frites ondulées, 150 g

  • Nuggets de poulet, 80 g

  • Ketchup, 15 g

  • Huile de friture, 5 g

  • Sel, 3 g

  • Poivre noir, 2 g

    Instructions


  • 1. Assaisonnez le steak haché de bœuf avec le sel et le poivre noir.

  • 2. Faites cuire le steak haché de bœuf dans une poêle à feu moyen-vif jusqu'à ce qu'il soit bien doré et cuit à cœur.

  • 3. Déposez le cheddar sur le steak pendant la dernière minute de cuisson pour le faire fondre.

  • 4. Faites légèrement griller le pain à burger au sésame.

  • 5. Assemblez le burger avec la sauce burger, la laitue, les cornichons, l'oignon, le steak haché au fromage, puis le chapeau du pain.
