Galettes de bœuf et de pommes de terre

Un plat salé poêlé composé de pommes de terre écrasées mélangées avec du bœuf, de l’oignon et de la chapelure, façonnées en galettes et cuites jusqu’à être bien dorées. Il est servi simplement avec du ketchup et des tomates cerises.

Ingredients
  • Pommes de terre 180 g

  • Bœuf 120 g

  • Oignon 40 g

  • Chapelure 25 g

  • Œuf 25 g

  • Huile végétale 20 g

  • Ketchup 15 g

  • Tomates cerises 20 g

  • Sel 3 g

  • Poivre noir 2 g


  • Total : 430 g

    Instructions
  • 1. Faites bouillir les pommes de terre jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient tendres, puis égouttez-les et écrasez-les.

  • 2. Hachez finement l’oignon et mélangez-le avec le bœuf, l’œuf, la chapelure, le sel et le poivre noir.

  • 3. Incorporez le mélange de bœuf à la purée de pommes de terre et formez des galettes.

  • 4. Faites chauffer l’huile végétale dans une poêle à feu moyen et faites cuire les galettes jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient dorées et bien cuites à cœur.

  • 5. Servez avec le ketchup et les tomates cerises à côté.
