  • 1. Začinite goveđi odrezak solju i crnim paprom.

  • 2. Zagrijte ulje za kuhanje u tavi na srednje jakoj do jakoj vatri i zapecite odrezak dok ne porumeni i ne bude pečen prema vašoj željenoj razini pečenosti. Ostavite ga kratko da odmori.

  • 3. U istoj tavi dodajte češnjak, zatim deglazirajte crnim vinom i goveđim temeljcem. Umiješajte smeđi tavski umak i kuhajte na laganoj vatri dok se malo ne reducira.

  • 4. Zagrijte pire krumpir s maslacem i vrhnjem za kuhanje dok ne postane gladak i kremast.

  • 5. Na tanjur stavite pire krumpir, narežite odrezak ili ga stavite na pire ili pokraj njega te žlicom prelijte umak preko odreska.

  • 6. Dovršite nasjeckanim vlascem.
