  • Gamberi, 160 g

  • Salsa di pomodoro, 90 g

  • Yogurt greco, 80 g

  • Cetriolo, 50 g

  • Olio d'oliva, 20 g

  • Aneto, 8 g

  • Aglio, 8 g

  • Sale, 8 g

  • Pepe nero, 3 g

  • Paprika, 3 g


  • Istruzioni


  • 1. Mescola lo yogurt greco, il cetriolo, l'aneto, l'aglio, il sale e il pepe nero in una ciotola per preparare l'insalata di cetrioli allo yogurt.

  • 2. Scalda l'olio d'oliva in una padella a fuoco medio.

  • 3. Aggiungi i gamberi e cuocili per 2-3 minuti per lato finché sono appena cotti.

  • 4. Unisci la salsa di pomodoro, la paprika e un po' di sale e pepe. Lascia sobbollire per 2-4 minuti.

  • 5. Servi i gamberi al sugo di pomodoro con lo yogurt ai cetrioli e aneto a lato.
