  • Manzo macinato, 90 g

  • Pangrattato, 20 g

  • Uovo, 25 g

  • Cipolla, 15 g

  • Pepe nero, 1 g

  • Olio vegetale, 12 g

  • Ketchup, 5 g

    Istruzioni


  • 1. Sbuccia le patate e tagliale a forma di patatine.

  • 2. Mescola il manzo macinato, il pangrattato, l'uovo, la cipolla tritata finemente, il pepe nero e il sale.

  • 3. Dai forma al composto creando delle piccole polpette.

  • 4. Scalda l'olio vegetale in una padella.

  • 5. Friggi le patate fino a doratura e croccantezza, poi scolale.

  • 6. Friggi le polpette nella stessa padella finché saranno ben rosolate e cotte completamente.
