Wrap di pita con pollo e patate

Un sostanzioso wrap di pollo e patate servito nel pane pita, condito con paprika, origano e aglio. Ricorda un semplice panino pita con pollo in stile mediterraneo.

  • Petto di pollo 180 g

  • Patate 180 g

  • Pane pita 100 g

  • Olio vegetale 20 g

  • Olio d'oliva 10 g

  • Sale 4 g

  • Pepe nero 2 g

  • Paprika 8 g

  • Origano secco 4 g

  • Aglio in polvere 12 g


  • Istruzioni


  • 1. Taglia le patate a cubetti piccoli. Condiscile con l'olio vegetale, metà del sale, la paprika, l'origano, l'aglio in polvere e il pepe nero.

  • 2. Cuoci le patate in una padella a fuoco medio finché saranno dorate e tenere, per circa 12-15 minuti.

  • 3. Condisci il petto di pollo con il sale rimanente, la paprika, l'origano, l'aglio in polvere e il pepe nero.

  • 4. Cuoci il pollo nell'olio d'oliva a fuoco medio finché sarà completamente cotto e leggermente dorato, per circa 5-7 minuti per lato a seconda dello spessore.

  • 5. Scalda brevemente il pane pita in una padella o nel forno.

  • 6. Affetta il pollo e farcisci la pita con il pollo e le patate. Servi caldo.
