Salmone con salsa di pomodoro e mais

Un semplice piatto di salmone scottato in padella, guarnito con una fresca salsa di pomodoro, mais e peperone. È un secondo leggero e colorato, con un sapore equilibrato tra il sapido e il leggermente dolce.

Ingredienti


  • Salmone 150 g

  • Pomodoro 35 g

  • Mais 25 g

  • Peperone rosso 15 g

  • Cipolla rossa 10 g

  • Prezzemolo 5 g

  • Olio d'oliva 12 g

  • Aglio 3 g

  • Sale 2 g

  • Pepe nero 1 g

  • Paprika 2 g

    Istruzioni


  • 1. Trita finemente il pomodoro, il mais, il peperone rosso, la cipolla rossa, il prezzemolo e l'aglio.

  • 2. Mescola le verdure tritate con 5 g di olio d'oliva, sale, pepe nero e paprika per preparare la salsa.

  • 3. Condisci il salmone con il sale, il pepe nero e la paprika rimanenti.

  • 4. Scalda l'olio d'oliva rimanente in una padella a fuoco medio e cuoci il salmone finché sarà dorato e ben cotto all'interno, circa 3-4 minuti per lato a seconda dello spessore.

  • 5. Versa la salsa sul salmone e servi immediatamente.
