  • 120 g pasta penne

  • 120 g dada ayam, dibersihkan dan dipotong kepada kepingan kecil yang sekata

  • 10 g minyak zaitun

  • 5 g bawang putih, dicincang halus

  • 1 g lada hitam

  • 1 g oregano

  • 90 g sos krim

  • 34 g keju mozzarella, diparut atau dikoyak halus


  • Kaedah


  • 1. Didihkan air dalam periuk sederhana hingga mendidih penuh. Masukkan penne dan masak selama 9 hingga 11 minit, sehingga al dente: pasta harus lembut pada permukaan tetapi masih memberikan gigitan yang pejal di bahagian tengah. Toskan dengan baik dan ketepikan sebentar.


  • 2. Panaskan minyak zaitun dalam kuali tumis besar di atas api sederhana tinggi. Masukkan dada ayam dalam satu lapisan dan perasakan dengan lada hitam serta oregano. Masak selama 4 hingga 5 minit, balikkan apabila perlu, sehingga ayam berwarna keemasan muda dan baru masak sepenuhnya, tanpa sebarang bahagian mentah di tengah.


  • 3. Masukkan bawang putih ke dalam kuali dan masak selama 30 saat, kacau sentiasa, sehingga harum tetapi tidak berubah warna. Tuangkan sos krim dan kecilkan api ke sederhana. Reneh selama 2 hingga 3 minit sambil dikacau, sehingga sos menyalut ayam dengan ringan dan menjadi licin serta sebati.


  • 4. Masukkan penne yang telah ditoskan ke dalam kuali dan gaul selama 1 minit sehingga pasta disalut sekata dan sos melekat pada alur serta rongga setiap keping. Campuran harus kekal berkilat, bukan cair.


  • 5. Alihkan kuali daripada api dan gaulkan mozzarella. Kacau hanya sehingga ia mula lembut dan membentuk jaluran di seluruh pasta tanpa hilang sepenuhnya. Hidangan siap harus berkrim, hangat, dan menyatu, dengan keju hadir dalam poket-poket lembut dan bukannya cair sepenuhnya.
