Chicken gyro-pita met friet

Een klassieke Grieks geïnspireerde chicken gyro-sandwich, geserveerd in pita met knapperige friet, tzatziki en gesneden rode ui. Eenvoudig op smaak gebracht met olijfolie, zout, zwarte peper en oregano.

  • Chicken gyro-vlees: 120 g

  • Friet: 70 g

  • Tzatziki: 30 g

  • Rode ui: 15 g

  • Olijfolie: 3 g

  • Zout: 1 g

  • Zwarte peper: 0.5 g

  • Oregano: 0.5 g

    Bereidingswijze


  • 1. Verwarm het pitabrood tot het zacht en buigzaam is.

  • 2. Verhit het chicken gyro-vlees en de friet tot ze heet en licht krokant zijn.

  • 3. Meng de rode ui met olijfolie, zout, zwarte peper en oregano.

  • 4. Leg het chicken gyro-vlees in de pita.

  • 5. Voeg de friet, tzatziki en gekruide rode ui toe.

  • 6. Vouw dicht en serveer direct.
