Tzatziki

Een klassieke Griekse dip van yoghurt en komkommer, op smaak gebracht met dille, knoflook en olijfolie. Wordt meestal koud geserveerd als mezze, saus of bijgerecht bij gegrild vlees en groenten.

Ingrediënten


  • Griekse yoghurt 120 g

  • Komkommer 35 g

  • Olijfolie 15 g

  • Zwarte olijven 5 g

  • Knoflook 2 g

  • Dille 2 g

  • Zout 1 g

  • Zwarte peper 0.5 g


  • Totaal: 180.5 g

    Instructies


  • 1. Rasp of snijd de komkommer heel fijn en knijp daarna het overtollige vocht eruit.

  • 2. Hak de knoflook fijn en snijd de dille en zwarte olijven klein.

  • 3. Meng in een kom de Griekse yoghurt, komkommer, knoflook, dille, olijfolie, zout en zwarte peper.

  • 4. Roer tot alles goed gemengd is.

  • 5. Spatel de zwarte olijven erdoor.

  • 6. Zet minstens 15 minuten in de koelkast voor het serveren.
