O porție de pui cu piept de pui pane, orez alb, broccoli și cartofi copți, servită cu iaurt grecesc ca acompaniament cremos simplu.

Ingrediente


  • 1 piept de pui pane

  • 200 g orez alb gătit

  • 100 g broccoli

  • 120 g cartofi copți

  • 50 g iaurt grecesc

  • 10 ml ulei vegetal

  • 2 g sare

  • 1 g piper negru

  • 1 g pudră de usturoi


  • Mod de preparare


  • 1. Încinge uleiul vegetal într-o tigaie sau într-o tavă care poate fi folosită la cuptor.

  • 2. Gătește sau reîncălzește pieptul de pui pane până devine fierbinte și crocant.

  • 3. Asezonează broccoli cu sare, piper negru și pudră de usturoi, apoi gătește-l la abur sau sotează-l până se înmoaie.

  • 4. Reîncălzește cartofii copți până sunt bine încălziți și ușor crocanți.

  • 5. Încălzește orezul alb.

  • 6. Așază în farfurie orezul, broccoli și cartofii copți alături de pui.

  • 7. Servește iaurtul grecesc separat, ca dip sau sos.
