    Postup


  • 1. Ošúpte zemiaky a nakrájajte ich na hranolky. Opláchnite ich a dobre osušte.

  • 2. Zmiešajte hovädzie mäso, strúhanku, vajce, nadrobno nakrájanú cibuľu, čierne korenie a soľ. Vytvarujte malé mäsové guľky.

  • 3. Na panvici zohrejte rastlinný olej. Opečte mäsové guľky, kým nezhnednú a nebudú úplne prepečené.
