Jednoduché sýte jedlo z chrumkavých hranoliek podávaných s na panvici opečenými hovädzími mäsovými guľkami a rýchlou paradajkovo-kečupovou omáčkou. Je výdatné, slané a najlepšie chutí horúce.

  • Postup



  • 1. Ošúpte zemiaky a nakrájajte ich na hranolky.

  • 2. Hranolky opláchnite a dobre osušte. Rozohrejte rastlinný olej a smažte zemiaky dozlatista a dochrumkava. Nechajte odkvapkať a zľahka osoľte.

  • 3. Cibuľu nasekajte nadrobno a zmiešajte ju s hovädzím mäsom, strúhankou, vajcom, soľou a čiernym korením.

  • 4. Zo zmesi vytvarujte malé mäsové guľky.

  • 5. Mäsové guľky opečte na panvici, kým nezhnednú a nebudú úplne prepečené.

  • 6. Paradajku nakrájajte a krátko ju zohrejte s kečupom, aby vznikla jednoduchá omáčka.
