  • 1 sezamova brioche bombetka, prerezana

  • 180 g goveje polpete

  • 20 g sira cheddar

  • 30 g slanine

  • 40 g karamelizirane čebule

  • Postopek


  • 1. Pečico segrejte na 220°C. Krompirček razporedite po pekaču v eni plasti in pecite 18 do 22 minut, na polovici časa ga enkrat obrnite, dokler ni močno zlato zapečen, hrustljav po robovih in mehak v sredini.

  • 2. Medtem ko se krompirček peče, dajte slanino v hladno ponev in jo postavite na srednji ogenj. Pecite 6 do 8 minut, po potrebi obračajte, dokler se maščoba ne izloči in slanina ne postane hrustljava. Na kratko jo odcedite, nato jo po potrebi narežite ali nadrobite.

  • 3. Povečajte temperaturo pod ponevjo ali uporabite ploščo za peko. Govejo polpeto pecite 3 do 4 minute na prvi strani, nato jo obrnite in pecite še 2 do 3 minute za srednje pečeno, ali nekoliko dlje, če želite bolj zapečen rezultat. V zadnji minuti na polpeto položite sir cheddar in pustite, da se stopi v sijočo plast.

Z žlico jo naložite čez vroč krompirček, nato po vrhu potresite slanino in mlado čebulo. Postrezite takoj, dokler je krompirček po robovih še hrustljav in je sirova omaka še tekoče vroča.
