Klasična postrežena večerja z zrezkom, pri kateri je opečen goveji zrezek postrežen s kremastim pire krompirjem in bogato rjavo omako iz ponve, dokončano z rdečim vinom in česnom. Drobnjak doda svež zaključek.

    Navodila
  • 1. Goveji zrezek začinite s soljo in črnim poprom.

  • 2. V ponvi na srednje močnem do močnem ognju segrejte olje za kuhanje in zrezek popecite, da porjavi in se speče do želene stopnje zapečenosti. Nato ga na kratko pustite počivati.

  • 3. V isto ponev dodajte česen, nato zalijte z rdečim vinom in govejo jušno osnovo. Vmešajte rjavo omako iz ponve in kuhajte, dokler se rahlo ne zgosti.

  • 4. Pire krompir segrejte z maslom in sladko smetano, da postane gladek in kremast.

  • 5. Na krožnik naložite pire krompir, zrezek narežite ali ga položite nanj oziroma ob njega, nato pa omako prelijte čez zrezek.

  • 6. Zaključite s sesekljanim drobnjakom.
