  • 7 g kakao yağı

  • 0.5 g emülgatör

  • 0.5 g vanilya

    Hazırlanışı


  • 1. Sütlü çikolatayı, bitter çikolatayı ve kakao yağını kısık ateşte veya benmari usulü birlikte nazikçe eritin.

  • 2. Kakao kitlesini, tam yağlı süt tozunu, şekeri, emülgatörü ve vanilyayı ekleyip pürüzsüz olana kadar karıştırın.

  • 3. Ahududuları dikkatlice spatulayla karışıma yedirin; isterseniz biraz doku kalmasını sağlayın.

  • 4. Karışımı kaplanmış bir kalıba veya tepsiye dökün ve yüzeyini düzeltin.
