Barra de xocolata amb gerds

Una confecció senzilla de xocolata feta amb xocolata amb llet i xocolata negra, aromatitzada amb gerds. S'assembla més a una barra de xocolata aromatitzada o a una confecció de xocolata que no pas a unes postres al forn.

Ingredients


  • 60 g de xocolata amb llet

  • 50 g de xocolata negra

  • 20 g de gerds

  • 8 g de sucre

  • 7 g de mantega de cacau

  • 3 g de pasta de cacau

  • 1 g de llet sencera en pols

  • 0.5 g d'emulsionant

  • 0.5 g de vainilla


  • Total: 150 g

    Instruccions


  • 1. Foneu suaument la xocolata amb llet, la xocolata negra i la mantega de cacau juntes a foc baix o al bany maria.

  • 2. Incorporeu-hi la pasta de cacau, la llet sencera en pols, el sucre, l'emulsionant i la vainilla fins que quedi una mescla homogènia.

  • 3. Afegiu-hi els gerds amb cura, mantenint-ne una mica de textura si ho desitgeu.

  • 4. Aboqueu la barreja en un motlle o safata folrats i alliseu-ne la superfície.

  • 5. Refredeu-ho fins que qualli completament; després, desemmotlleu-ho i talleu-ho o trenqueu-ho a trossos.
