  • All: 30 g

  • Oli de xili: 60 ml

  • Salsa de soja: 40 ml

  • Flocs de xili vermell: 5 g

  • Pebre negre: 3 g

  • Sal: 7 g

  • Sucre: 5 g

    Instruccions
  • 1. Pica l'all ben fi.

  • 2. En un bol, barreja l'all, l'oli de xili, la salsa de soja, els flocs de xili vermell, el pebre negre, la sal i el sucre.

  • 3. Afegeix l'espatlla de porc i barreja-ho bé fins que quedi coberta de manera uniforme.

  • 4. Tapa-ho i deixa-ho marinar a la nevera durant almenys 2 hores, preferiblement tota la nit.

  • 5. Serveix-ho fred o a temperatura ambient si es vol com a plat marinat cru, o cuina bé el porc abans de servir-lo si es desitja.
