Un estofat de vedella contundent amb patates, pastanagues i cebes en una salsa marró senzilla. És un plat clàssic casolà estofat, servit calent.

  • Vedella, 150 g

  • Patates, 120 g

  • Pastanagues, 60 g

  • Cebes, 40 g

  • Salsa marró, 40 g

  • Oli vegetal, 8 g

  • Sal, 1 g

  • Pebre negre, 1 g

  • 1. Escalfeu l'oli vegetal en una olla a foc mitjà.

  • 2. Afegiu-hi les cebes i coeu-les fins que estiguin toves.

  • 3. Afegiu-hi la vedella i enrossiu-la lleugerament per tots els costats.

  • 4. Incorporeu-hi les patates i les pastanagues.

  • 5. Aboqueu-hi la salsa marró i, tot seguit, amaniu-ho amb sal i pebre negre.

  • 6. Tapeu-ho i deixeu-ho coure a foc lent fins que la vedella sigui tendra i les verdures estiguin ben cuites.
