  • Camarones, 160 g

  • Salsa de tomate, 90 g

  • Yogur griego, 80 g

  • Pepino, 50 g

  • Aceite de oliva, 20 g

  • Eneldo, 8 g

  • Ajo, 8 g

  • Sal, 8 g

  • Pimienta negra, 3 g

  • Pimentón, 3 g


  • Instructions


  • 1. Mezcla el yogur griego, el pepino, el eneldo, el ajo, la sal y la pimienta negra en un bol para hacer la ensalada de yogur con pepino.

  • 2. Calienta el aceite de oliva en una sartén a fuego medio.

  • 3. Añade los camarones y cocínalos de 2 a 3 minutos por cada lado hasta que estén justo cocidos.

  • 4. Incorpora la salsa de tomate, el pimentón y un poco de sal y pimienta. Cocina a fuego lento de 2 a 4 minutos.

  • 5. Sirve los camarones en salsa de tomate con el yogur de pepino y eneldo al lado.
