  • Aceite vegetal, 12 g

  • Ketchup, 5 g

  • 1. Pela las patatas y córtalas en forma de patatas fritas.

  • 2. Mezcla la carne de ternera picada, el pan rallado, el huevo, la cebolla finamente picada, la pimienta negra y la sal.

  • 3. Forma pequeñas albóndigas con la mezcla.

  • 4. Calienta el aceite vegetal en una sartén.
