    Instrucciones


  • 1. Calienta el aceite vegetal en una sartén y cocina la patata hash brown hasta que quede crujiente.

  • 2. Revuelve los huevos con la mantequilla hasta que apenas cuajen.

  • 3. Calienta brevemente las mini tortitas.

  • 4. Coloca en un plato el salmón ahumado, los huevos revueltos, el hash brown, las mini tortitas, la fruta, el pepino y el feta.

  • 5. Pon el mini donut glaseado al lado y termina con el glaseado rosa y las virutas de colores.
