Saumon avec salsa de tomate et maïs

Un plat simple de saumon poêlé garni d’une salsa fraîche à la tomate, au maïs et au poivron. C’est un plat principal léger et coloré, à la saveur équilibrée, à la fois salée et légèrement sucrée.

Ingrédients


  • Saumon 150 g

  • Tomate 35 g

  • Maïs 25 g

  • Poivron rouge 15 g

  • Oignon rouge 10 g

  • Persil 5 g

  • Huile d’olive 12 g

  • Ail 3 g

  • Sel 2 g

  • Poivre noir 1 g

  • Paprika 2 g


  • Poids total : 260 g

    Instructions


  • 1. Coupez finement en dés la tomate, le maïs, le poivron rouge, l’oignon rouge, le persil et l’ail.

  • 2. Mélangez les légumes coupés en dés avec 5 g d’huile d’olive, le sel, le poivre noir et le paprika pour préparer la salsa.

  • 3. Assaisonnez le saumon avec le reste du sel, du poivre noir et du paprika.

  • 4. Faites chauffer le reste de l’huile d’olive dans une poêle à feu moyen et faites cuire le saumon jusqu’à ce qu’il soit doré et bien cuit, environ 3 à 4 minutes de chaque côté selon son épaisseur.

  • 5. Déposez la salsa sur le saumon et servez immédiatement.
