Semur Ayam dan Sayuran

Semur ayam dan sayuran sederhana dengan tenderloin ayam, kentang, wortel, zukini, dan bawang bombai yang dimasak perlahan dalam kaldu sayuran. Ini adalah hidangan one-pot yang ringan namun mengenyangkan.

  • Tenderloin ayam 120 g

  • Kentang 80 g

  • Zukini 50 g

  • Wortel 35 g

  • Bawang bombai 30 g

  • Kaldu sayuran 25 ml

  • Minyak zaitun 10 g

  • Bawang putih 5 g

  • Garam 3 g

  • Lada hitam 2 g

    Instruksi


  • 1. Potong dadu kentang, wortel, zukini, bawang bombai, dan bawang putih.

  • 2. Panaskan minyak zaitun dalam panci dengan api sedang.

  • 3. Tambahkan bawang bombai dan bawang putih lalu masak selama 1 hingga 2 menit sampai harum.

  • 4. Tambahkan tenderloin ayam dan masak sampai bagian luarnya sedikit matang.

  • 5. Tambahkan kentang, wortel, zukini, garam, dan lada hitam.

  • 6. Tuangkan kaldu sayuran lalu didihkan perlahan.

  • 7. Tutup dan masak selama 12 hingga 15 menit, aduk sesekali, sampai ayam matang sempurna dan sayuran empuk.
