Steak dengan Kentang Tumbuk dan Saus Pan Red Wine

Makan malam steak klasik ala plated dish dengan steak sapi panggang-sear yang disajikan bersama kentang tumbuk yang lembut dan saus pan cokelat yang kaya, diselesaikan dengan red wine dan bawang putih. Kucai memberikan sentuhan akhir yang segar.

Ingredients
  • Steak sapi 180 g

  • Kentang tumbuk 160 g

  • Mentega 15 g

  • Krim kental 20 g

  • Kucai 5 g

  • Saus pan cokelat 25 g

  • Kaldu sapi 10 ml

  • Red wine 5 ml

  • Bawang putih 3 g

  • Lada hitam 1 g

  • Garam 1 g

  • Minyak goreng 5 ml


  • Total weight: 430 g

    Instructions
  • 1. Bumbui steak sapi dengan garam dan lada hitam.

  • 2. Panaskan minyak goreng dalam wajan di atas api sedang-besar lalu sear steak hingga kecokelatan dan matang sesuai tingkat kematangan yang Anda inginkan. Diamkan sebentar.

  • 3. Dalam wajan yang sama, tambahkan bawang putih, lalu deglaze dengan red wine dan kaldu sapi. Aduk saus pan cokelat dan didihkan perlahan hingga sedikit menyusut.

  • 4. Hangatkan kentang tumbuk dengan mentega dan krim kental hingga halus dan creamy.

  • 5. Tata kentang tumbuk di piring, iris atau letakkan steak di atas atau di sampingnya, lalu sendokkan saus di atas steak.

  • 6. Akhiri dengan kucai cincang.
