  • Leiðbeiningar


  • 1. Skerið kartöflurnar í litla teninga. Veltið þeim upp úr jurtaolíu, helmingnum af saltinu, papriku, oreganó, hvítlauksdufti og svörtum pipar.

  • 2. Eldið kartöflurnar á pönnu við meðalhita þar til þær eru orðnar gullinbrúnar og mjúkar, í um 12 til 15 mínútur.

  • 3. Kryddið kjúklingabringuna með afganginum af saltinu, papriku, oreganó, hvítlauksdufti og svörtum pipar.

  • 4. Eldið kjúklinginn upp úr ólífuolíu við meðalhita þar til hann er fulleldaður og létt brúnaður, í um 5 til 7 mínútur á hvorri hlið eftir þykkt.

  • 5. Hitið pítubrauðið stuttlega á pönnu eða í ofni.

  • 6. Skerið kjúklinginn í sneiðar og fyllið pítubrauðið með kjúklingnum og kartöflunum. Berið fram heitt.
