Polpette con patatine fritte e ketchup

Un semplice piatto comfort con patatine fritte croccanti servite con polpette rosolate in padella e ketchup. È un piatto sostanzioso e familiare, con sapori salati, saporiti e leggermente aciduli.

Ingredienti


  • Patate, 200 g

  • Manzo, 60 g

  • Maiale, 40 g

  • Ketchup, 25 g

  • Olio vegetale, 20 g

  • Cipolla, 10 g

  • Pangrattato, 12 g

  • Uovo, 10 g

  • Sale, 2 g

  • Pepe nero, 1 g


  • Peso totale: 360 g

    Istruzioni


  • 1. Sbuccia e taglia le patate a bastoncini. Sciacquale e asciugale bene.

  • 2. Mescola manzo, maiale, cipolla, pangrattato, uovo, sale e pepe nero fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo. Forma delle piccole polpette.

  • 3. Scalda l'olio vegetale in una padella. Friggi le polpette finché sono ben dorate e cotte all'interno.

  • 4. Friggi le patate nella stessa padella o in un'altra fino a quando sono dorate e croccanti.

  • 5. Disponi insieme le patatine e le polpette nel piatto, poi servi con il ketchup.
