Ingredienti


  • Patate, 220 g

  • Manzo, 120 g

  • Pangrattato, 20 g

  • Uovo, 25 g

  • Cipolla, 20 g

  • Pomodoro, 15 g

  • Ketchup, 25 g

  • Olio vegetale, 20 g

  • Sale, 3 g

  • Pepe nero, 2 g


  • Totale: 430 g

    Istruzioni


  • 1. Sbuccia e taglia le patate a bastoncini. Tamponale per asciugarle.

  • 2. Mescola il manzo, il pangrattato, l'uovo, la cipolla tritata finemente, il sale e il pepe nero. Forma delle piccole polpette.

  • 3. Scalda l'olio vegetale in una padella. Friggi le patate finché non saranno dorate e croccanti, poi scolale.

  • 4. Cuoci le polpette nella stessa padella a fuoco medio finché non saranno ben rosolate e cotte anche all'interno.

  • 5. Scalda brevemente insieme il pomodoro e il ketchup per preparare una semplice salsa di accompagnamento.

  • 6. Servi le patatine fritte con le polpette e il ketchup a parte.
