Polpette con patatine fritte e ketchup

Un semplice piatto comfort con patatine fritte croccanti servite con polpette di manzo cotte in padella e una veloce salsa di pomodoro e ketchup. È sostanzioso, saporito e va gustato ben caldo.

Ingredienti


Totale: 360 g

  • Patate, 180 g

  • Manzo, 90 g

  • Pangrattato, 15 g

  • Uovo, 15 g

  • Cipolla, 15 g

  • Pomodoro, 20 g

  • Ketchup, 10 g

  • Olio vegetale, 10 g

  • Sale, 3 g

  • Pepe nero, 2 g


  • Istruzioni



  • 1. Sbuccia le patate e tagliale a bastoncini.

  • 2. Sciacqua e asciuga bene le patate. Scalda l'olio vegetale e friggi le patate finché non saranno dorate e croccanti. Scolale e condiscile leggermente con sale.

  • 3. Trita finemente la cipolla e mescolala con il manzo, il pangrattato, l'uovo, il sale e il pepe nero.

  • 4. Forma con il composto delle piccole polpette.

  • 5. Cuoci le polpette in padella finché non saranno ben rosolate e cotte anche all'interno.

  • 6. Trita il pomodoro e scaldalo brevemente con il ketchup per preparare una salsa semplice.

  • 7. Servi le polpette con le patatine e versa la salsa di pomodoro e ketchup sopra o accanto.
