Polpette di manzo e patate

Un gustoso piatto cotto in padella a base di purè di patate mescolato con manzo, cipolla e pangrattato, modellato in polpette schiacciate e cotto fino a doratura. Si serve semplicemente con ketchup e pomodorini.

Ingredients
  • Patate 180 g

  • Manzo 120 g

  • Cipolla 40 g

  • Pangrattato 25 g

  • Uovo 25 g

  • Olio vegetale 20 g

  • Ketchup 15 g

  • Pomodorini 20 g

  • Sale 3 g

  • Pepe nero 2 g


  • Total: 430 g

    Instructions
  • 1. Lessa le patate finché sono tenere, poi scolale e schiacciale.

  • 2. Trita finemente la cipolla e mescolala con il manzo, l'uovo, il pangrattato, il sale e il pepe nero.

  • 3. Unisci il composto di manzo con le patate schiacciate e forma delle polpette schiacciate.

  • 4. Scalda l'olio vegetale in una padella a fuoco medio e friggi le polpette finché sono dorate e ben cotte anche all'interno.

  • 5. Servi con ketchup e pomodorini a lato.
