Almôndegas com Batatas Fritas e Ketchup

  • Batatas, 180 g

  • Carne de vaca, 90 g

  • Pão ralado, 15 g

  • Ovo, 15 g

  • Cebola, 15 g

  • Tomate, 20 g

  • Ketchup, 10 g

  • Óleo vegetal, 10 g

  • Sal, 3 g

  • Pimenta-preta, 2 g


  • Instruções



  • 1. Descasque as batatas e corte-as em palitos.

  • 2. Passe os palitos de batata por água e seque-os bem. Aqueça o óleo vegetal e frite as batatas até ficarem douradas e crocantes. Escorra e tempere ligeiramente com sal.

  • 3. Pique finamente a cebola e misture-a com a carne de vaca, o pão ralado, o ovo, o sal e a pimenta-preta.

  • 4. Molde a mistura em pequenas almôndegas.

  • 5. Cozinhe as almôndegas numa frigideira até ficarem douradas e bem cozinhadas por dentro.

  • 6. Pique o tomate e aqueça-o brevemente com o ketchup para fazer um molho simples.
