Bife com Puré de Batata e Molho de Vinho Tinto da Frigideira

Um clássico prato de bife, com bife de vaca selado servido com puré de batata cremoso e um molho castanho rico da frigideira, finalizado com vinho tinto e alho. O cebolinho dá um toque fresco no final.

Ingredients
  • Bife de vaca 180 g

  • Puré de batata 160 g

  • Manteiga 15 g

  • Natas 20 g

  • Cebolinho 5 g

  • Molho castanho da frigideira 25 g

  • Caldo de carne 10 ml

  • Vinho tinto 5 ml

  • Alho 3 g

  • Pimenta-preta 1 g

  • Sal 1 g

  • Óleo alimentar 5 ml


  • Total weight: 430 g

    Instructions
  • 1. Tempere o bife de vaca com sal e pimenta-preta.

  • 2. Aqueça o óleo numa frigideira em lume médio-alto e sele o bife até ficar dourado e no ponto desejado. Deixe repousar brevemente.

  • 3. Na mesma frigideira, adicione o alho e depois deglaceie com o vinho tinto e o caldo de carne. Junte o molho castanho da frigideira e deixe fervilhar até reduzir ligeiramente.

  • 4. Aqueça o puré de batata com a manteiga e as natas até ficar liso e cremoso.

  • 5. Emprate o puré de batata, fatie o bife ou coloque-o por cima ou ao lado, e verta o molho sobre o bife.

  • 6. Finalize com cebolinho picado.
