Hambúrgueres de Carne e Batata

  • Batatas 180 g

  • Carne de vaca 120 g

  • Cebola 40 g

  • Pão ralado 25 g

  • Ovo 25 g

  • Óleo vegetal 20 g

  • Ketchup 15 g

  • Tomate-cereja 20 g

  • Sal 3 g

  • Pimenta-preta 2 g


  • Total: 430 g

    Instruções
  • 1. Coza as batatas até ficarem macias, depois escorra-as e esmague-as em puré.

  • 2. Pique finamente a cebola e misture-a com a carne de vaca, o ovo, o pão ralado, o sal e a pimenta-preta.

  • 3. Junte a mistura de carne ao puré de batata e molde em hambúrgueres.

  • 4. Aqueça o óleo vegetal numa frigideira em lume médio e frite os hambúrgueres até ficarem dourados e bem cozinhados.

  • 5. Sirva com ketchup e tomate-cereja à parte.
