  • Carne de vaca picada, 50 g

  • Molho de tomate, 45 g

  • Feijão-verde, 20 g

  • Azeitonas pretas, 10 g

  • Cebola, 10 g

  • Azeite, 5 g

  • Alho, 3 g

  • Ervas, 2 g

  • Sal, 2 g

  • Pimenta-preta, 3 g

  • 1. Coza a massa em água com sal até ficar al dente e depois escorra-a.

  • 2. Aqueça o azeite numa frigideira em lume médio.

  • 3. Junte a cebola e o alho e cozinhe até amolecerem.

  • 4. Adicione a carne de vaca picada e cozinhe até alourar.

  • 5. Misture o molho de tomate, o feijão-verde, as azeitonas pretas, as ervas, o sal e a pimenta-preta.
