Salmão com Salsa de Tomate e Milho

Um prato simples de salmão selado na frigideira, coberto com uma salsa fresca de tomate, milho e pimento. É um prato principal leve e colorido, com um sabor equilibrado entre o salgado e um toque ligeiramente doce.

Ingredientes


  • Salmão 150 g

  • Tomate 35 g

  • Milho 25 g

  • Pimento vermelho 15 g

  • Cebola roxa 10 g

  • Salsa 5 g

  • Azeite 12 g

  • Alho 3 g

  • Sal 2 g

  • Pimenta-preta 1 g

  • Paprica 2 g

    Instruções


  • 1. Pique finamente o tomate, o milho, o pimento vermelho, a cebola roxa, a salsa e o alho.

  • 2. Misture os vegetais picados com 5 g de azeite, sal, pimenta-preta e paprica para fazer a salsa.

  • 3. Tempere o salmão com o restante sal, pimenta-preta e paprica.

  • 4. Aqueça o restante azeite numa frigideira em lume médio e cozinhe o salmão até dourar e ficar bem cozinhado, cerca de 3 a 4 minutos de cada lado, dependendo da espessura.

  • 5. Coloque a salsa sobre o salmão e sirva imediatamente.
