Tzatziki

Un sos clasic grecesc pe bază de iaurt și castravete, împrospătat cu mărar, usturoi și ulei de măsline. De obicei se servește rece ca mezze, sos sau garnitură pentru carne și legume la grătar.

  • Iaurt grecesc 120 g

  • Castravete 35 g

  • Ulei de măsline 15 g

  • Măsline negre 5 g

  • Usturoi 2 g

  • Mărar 2 g

  • Sare 1 g

  • Piper negru 0.5 g

    Instrucțiuni


  • 1. Rade sau taie foarte fin castravetele, apoi stoarce excesul de apă.

  • 2. Toacă mărunt usturoiul și mărarul, precum și măslinele negre.

  • 3. Într-un bol, amestecă iaurtul grecesc, castravetele, usturoiul, mărarul, uleiul de măsline, sarea și piperul negru.

  • 4. Amestecă până se omogenizează bine.
