Supa sa vermičelima i povrćem sa karijem

Lagana, utešna supa od krompira, šargarepe, crnog luka i vermičela u jednostavnom bujonu začinjenom karijem. Slična je supi od povrća i rezanaca sa kari začinom.

Ingredients
  • Krompir, 200 g

  • Šargarepa, 120 g

  • Crni luk, 100 g

  • Vermičeli, 60 g

  • Bujon od povrća, 250 ml

  • Biljno ulje, 20 ml

  • Beli luk, 10 g

  • Đumbir, 10 g

  • Kari u prahu, 10 g

  • So, 5 g

  • Crni biber, 2 g


  • Ukupna težina: 780 g

    Instructions
  • 1. Zagrejte biljno ulje u šerpi na srednjoj vatri.

  • 2. Dodajte crni luk, beli luk i đumbir. Kuvajte 2 do 3 minuta dok ne zamiriše.

  • 3. Umešajte kari u prahu i kuvajte 30 sekundi.

  • 4. Dodajte krompir i šargarepu, pa sipajte bujon od povrća.

  • 5. Pustite da provri, zatim smanjite vatru i kuvajte 12 do 15 minuta dok povrće ne omekša.

  • 6. Dodajte vermičele i kuvajte 2 do 4 minuta, dok tek ne omekšaju.

  • 7. Začinite solju i crnim biberom. Poslužite toplo.
