  • 2. Weka cocoa butter, mafuta ya palm kernel na cocoa mass katika bakuli linalostahimili joto juu ya moto mdogo sana. Koroga mfululizo kwa dakika 3 hadi 4 hadi viyeyuke kabisa na kuwa laini, bila mabonge yanayoonekana. Mchanganyiko unapaswa kuwa wa kumiminika lakini usiwe moto; uondoe mara tu unapong'aa na kuwa sawa.


  • 3. Mimina sehemu ya mafuta ndani ya mchanganyiko mkavu kwa mtiririko wa taratibu, ukikunja kwa spatula hadi uunde pasta nzito. Uifanyie kazi kwa dakika 1 hadi 2 hadi mchanganyiko ushikamane, uwe na mnato kidogo, na uwe na rangi nyeusi sawasawa.
