Sopas na Vermicelli na Gulay na may Curry

Isang magaan at nakaaaliw na sopas na gawa sa patatas, karot, sibuyas, at vermicelli noodles sa isang simpleng sabaw na may pampalasang curry. Katulad ito ng sopas na gulay na may noodles na may curry seasoning.

  • Patatas, 200 g

  • Karot, 120 g

  • Sibuyas, 100 g

  • Vermicelli noodles, 60 g

  • Sabaw ng gulay, 250 ml

  • Mantika ng gulay, 20 ml

  • Bawang, 10 g

  • Luya, 10 g

  • Curry powder, 10 g

  • Asin, 5 g

  • Itim na paminta, 2 g

    Instructions
  • 1. Painitin ang mantika ng gulay sa isang kaserola sa katamtamang init.

  • 2. Idagdag ang sibuyas, bawang, at luya. Lutuin nang 2 hanggang 3 minuto hanggang maging mabango.

  • 3. Ihalo ang curry powder at lutuin nang 30 segundo.

  • 4. Idagdag ang patatas at karot, saka ibuhos ang sabaw ng gulay.

  • 5. Pakuluin, pagkatapos ay hinaan sa banayad na pagkulo at lutuin nang 12 hanggang 15 minuto hanggang lumambot ang mga gulay.
