Steak na may Mashed Potatoes at Red Wine Pan Sauce

  • Beef steak 180 g

  • Mashed potatoes 160 g

  • Butter 15 g

  • Heavy cream 20 g

  • Chives 5 g

  • Brown pan sauce 25 g

  • Beef stock 10 ml

  • Red wine 5 ml

  • Garlic 3 g

  • Black pepper 1 g

  • Salt 1 g

  • Cooking oil 5 ml


  • Kabuuang timbang: 430 g

    Instructions
  • 1. Timplahan ang beef steak ng asin at black pepper.

  • 2. Painitin ang cooking oil sa kawali sa katamtamang mataas na init at i-sear ang steak hanggang mag-brown at maluto ayon sa gusto mong doneness. Pahingahin sandali.

  • 3. Sa parehong kawali, idagdag ang bawang, saka i-deglaze gamit ang red wine at beef stock. Ihalo ang brown pan sauce at pakuluan nang marahan hanggang bahagyang mabawasan.

  • 4. Painitin ang mashed potatoes kasama ang butter at heavy cream hanggang maging makinis at creamy.

  • 5. Ilagay sa plato ang mashed potatoes, hiwain o ilagay ang steak sa ibabaw o katabi nito, at isandok ang sauce sa ibabaw ng steak.
