Macarrons amb formatge cheddar i bacó amb rigatoni

Un plat de pasta cremós d'estil gratinat fet amb rigatoni cobert amb una senzilla salsa de formatge cheddar i acabat amb bacó. S'assembla als clàssics macarrons amb formatge, adaptats amb rigatoni en lloc de pasta de colze.

Ingredients


  • Pasta rigatoni, 90 g

  • Formatge cheddar, 55 g

  • Llet, 55 ml

  • Mantega, 15 g

  • Bacó, 12 g

  • Pebre negre, 2 g

  • Sal, 1 g

    Instruccions


  • 1. Coeu els rigatoni en aigua salada fins que estiguin al dente i, després, escorreu-los.

  • 2. En una paella petita, foneu la mantega a foc baix.

  • 3. Afegiu-hi la llet i escalfeu-la suaument, després incorporeu-hi el cheddar remenant fins que quedi suau i fos.

  • 4. Afegiu-hi els rigatoni cuits i el bacó, i remeneu-ho perquè quedi tot ben cobert.

  • 5. Amaniu-ho amb sal i pebre negre al gust.

  • 6. Serviu-ho immediatament mentre la salsa encara sigui cremosa.
