  • Carn picada de vedella, 70 g

  • Pa ratllat, 15 g

    Instructions
  • 1. Peleu les patates i talleu-les en forma de patates fregides.

  • 2. Barregeu la carn picada de vedella, el pa ratllat, l'ou, la sal i el pebre negre en un bol fins que quedi tot just integrat.

  • 3. Doneu forma de petites mandonguilles a la barreja de carn.

  • 4. Escalfeu l'oli vegetal en una paella. Fregiu les patates fins que siguin daurades i cruixents, i després escorreu-les.

  • 5. A la mateixa paella o en una altra, fregiu les mandonguilles a foc mitjà fins que estiguin daurades i ben cuites per dins.

  • 6. Serviu les patates fregides amb les mandonguilles fregides ben calentes.
