  • Oli de bitxo 40 g

  • Salsa de soja 50 g

  • 1. Pica finament l'all.

  • 2. En un bol, barreja l'all, l'oli de bitxo, la salsa de soja, els flocs de bitxo vermell, el pebre negre, la sal i el sucre.

  • 3. Afegeix el pollastre i barreja-ho bé fins que quedi cobert de manera uniforme.

  • 4. Tapa-ho i marina-ho a la nevera durant almenys 30 minuts.
