  • Patatas, 220 g

  • Ternera, 120 g

  • Pan rallado, 20 g

  • Huevo, 25 g

  • Cebolla, 20 g

  • Tomate, 15 g

  • Ketchup, 25 g

  • Aceite vegetal, 20 g

  • Sal, 3 g

  • Pimienta negra, 2 g

    Instrucciones


  • 1. Pela y corta las patatas en forma de patatas fritas. Sécalas bien.

  • 2. Mezcla la ternera, el pan rallado, el huevo, la cebolla finamente picada, la sal y la pimienta negra. Forma albóndigas pequeñas.

  • 3. Calienta el aceite vegetal en una sartén. Fríe las patatas hasta que estén doradas y crujientes, luego escúrrelas.

  • 4. Cocina las albóndigas en la misma sartén a fuego medio hasta que estén doradas y bien hechas por dentro.
