Barrita proteica de frutos secos con chocolate

Una barrita snack alta en proteínas recubierta de chocolate, con cacahuetes y almendras, endulzada con sucralosa y ligada con fibra de maíz soluble y glicerina. Se parece más a una barrita de proteínas comercial que a un plato casero tradicional.

Ingredientes


Peso total: 60 g

  • Proteína de leche, 14 g

  • Aislado de proteína de soja, 8 g

  • Cacahuetes, 10 g

  • Almendras, 6 g

  • Cobertura de chocolate, 8 g

  • Manteca de cacao, 4 g

  • Fibra de maíz soluble, 6 g

  • Glicerina, 2 g

  • Aceite de palma, 1 g

  • Aromas naturales, 0.8 g

  • Lecitina de girasol, 0.6 g

  • Sal, 0.3 g

  • Sucralosa, 0.3 g


  • Instrucciones


  • 1. Combina la proteína de leche, el aislado de proteína de soja, la fibra de maíz soluble, la sal y la sucralosa en un bol de mezcla.

  • 2. Añade la glicerina, el aceite de palma y los aromas naturales, luego mezcla hasta formar una masa espesa y moldeable.

  • 3. Incorpora los cacahuetes y las almendras de manera uniforme.

  • 4. Presiona la mezcla para darle forma de barrita y enfría hasta que esté firme.
