Estofado de pollo y verduras

Un sencillo estofado de pollo y verduras con solomillos de pollo, patatas, zanahorias, calabacín y cebolla cocidos a fuego lento en caldo de verduras. Es un plato ligero y reconfortante de una sola olla.

Ingredientes


  • Solomillos de pollo 120 g

  • Patata 80 g

  • Calabacín 50 g

  • Zanahoria 35 g

  • Cebolla 30 g

  • Caldo de verduras 25 ml

  • Aceite de oliva 10 g

  • Ajo 5 g

  • Sal 3 g

  • Pimienta negra 2 g


  • Peso total: 360 g

    Instrucciones


  • 1. Corta en dados la patata, la zanahoria, el calabacín, la cebolla y el ajo.

  • 2. Calienta el aceite de oliva en una olla a fuego medio.

  • 3. Añade la cebolla y el ajo y cocina de 1 a 2 minutos hasta que desprendan aroma.

  • 4. Añade los solomillos de pollo y cocina hasta que queden ligeramente sellados por fuera.

  • 5. Añade la patata, la zanahoria, el calabacín, la sal y la pimienta negra.

  • 6. Vierte el caldo de verduras y lleva a fuego lento suave.

  • 7. Tapa y cocina de 12 a 15 minutos, removiendo de vez en cuando, hasta que el pollo esté bien cocido y las verduras estén tiernas.
