Wrap de pita con pollo y patata

Un contundente wrap de pollo y patata servido en pan de pita, sazonado con pimentón, orégano y ajo. Se parece a un sencillo sándwich de pita con pollo de estilo mediterráneo.

Ingredientes


Peso total: 520 g

  • Pechuga de pollo 180 g

  • Patatas 180 g

  • Pan de pita 100 g

  • Aceite vegetal 20 g

  • Aceite de oliva 10 g

  • Sal 4 g

  • Pimienta negra 2 g

  • Pimentón 8 g

  • Orégano seco 4 g

  • Ajo en polvo 12 g


  • Instrucciones


  • 1. Corta las patatas en cubos pequeños. Mézclalas con el aceite vegetal, la mitad de la sal, el pimentón, el orégano, el ajo en polvo y la pimienta negra.

  • 2. Cocina las patatas en una sartén a fuego medio hasta que estén doradas y tiernas, unos 12 a 15 minutos.

  • 3. Sazona la pechuga de pollo con la sal restante, el pimentón, el orégano, el ajo en polvo y la pimienta negra.

  • 4. Cocina el pollo en aceite de oliva a fuego medio hasta que esté bien hecho y ligeramente dorado, unos 5 a 7 minutos por lado, según el grosor.

  • 5. Calienta brevemente el pan de pita en una sartén o en el horno.

  • 6. Corta el pollo en tiras y rellena la pita con el pollo y las patatas. Sirve caliente.
