  • Instructions


  • 1. Assaisonnez le poulet avec le sel, le poivre noir, l’origan, l’ail et l’huile d’olive.

  • 2. Faites cuire le poulet dans une poêle bien chaude jusqu’à ce qu’il soit doré et bien cuit, puis coupez-le en tranches.

  • 3. Réchauffez le pain pita.

  • 4. Préparez le tzatziki en mélangeant le yaourt, le concombre râpé, l’ail, le sel et un peu d’huile d’olive si nécessaire.
